You may not use another person's account without permission or allow others to access your account in a way that violates these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services unless Vocation expressly permits otherwise.
3. Career and AI-Generated Guidance
Vocation uses artificial intelligence and other software to provide personalized questions, observations, analyses, recommendations, and coaching.
These outputs are intended to support reflection and decision-making. They are not guarantees of employment, career advancement, job performance, admission, compensation, or any other outcome.
AI-generated information may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your circumstances. You are responsible for evaluating recommendations and making your own career, employment, educational, financial, or other decisions.
Vocation does not provide legal, financial, medical, or mental health advice.
4. Organization-Sponsored Accounts
You may receive access to Vocation through an employer, university, workforce organization, educational institution, or other organization.
Depending on the specific program, certain information, reports, insights, progress indicators, or coaching outputs may be made available to that organization or its authorized representatives.
Where applicable, the Services will indicate what information is shared or visible. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is further described in our Privacy Policy.
If an organization has entered into a separate agreement with Vocation, that agreement may govern the organization's use of the Services. If there is a conflict between these Terms and that agreement with respect to the organization, the separate agreement will control.
5. Manager and Workforce Tools
Certain Vocation Services are designed to help managers, educators, coaches, advisors, or other authorized professionals better support individuals.
These tools are intended to provide additional context and support better conversations. They should not be treated as the sole basis for hiring, termination, promotion, compensation, admission, disciplinary, or other consequential decisions.
Organizations using Vocation remain responsible for their own decisions and for complying with applicable employment, education, privacy, discrimination, and other laws.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Some Services require payment.
Prices, billing frequency, and the features included in a purchase or subscription will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.
If you purchase a recurring subscription, you authorize Vocation or its payment provider to charge the applicable subscription fee at each renewal period until you cancel.
You may cancel a recurring subscription before your next billing date to avoid future renewal charges. Cancellation does not generally entitle you to a refund for amounts already paid unless otherwise stated at purchase or required by applicable law.
If Vocation offers a one-time or “lifetime” purchase, that purchase provides access to the applicable offering for as long as Vocation continues to operate and make that offering available, subject to these Terms.
Vocation may change pricing or available plans from time to time. Any changes to recurring subscription pricing will apply prospectively and will be communicated as required by applicable law.
